Children's Ministry is where children
ages birth through 5th grade gather to actively learn about the
awesome Lord through hands-on activities, kid-friendly worship,
creative Bible lessons, Scripture memory, and of course, lots of
fun!
Sunday Mornings
Sunday programs are offered for children of all ages during both morning services.
Children learn about God in
slightly different approaches at each service, all age-appropriate and Biblically
based. This allows children to attend more than one service to fit
their family's schedule.

Wednesday Evenings
AWANA
is our mid-week program that meets on Wednesday
evenings from 6:00-7:30 p.m. (September - May). AWANA’s purpose is to bring children, ages 3
through 5th grade, to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. It is a
fun age appropriate approach to learning God’s Word, through Bible memory,
games, crafts, worship, and small groups.
It also has an evangelistic focus to
reach unchurched children and their families so invite your neighbors.

Fun and lots of it.
AWANA is fun with a
purpose - to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ. Games, puppets, crafts,
awards, and other activities transform our preschooler program into a lively
weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand. Bible-centered
handbooks and club activities help your children to build a solid understanding
of the basics of Christianity at an early age. Cubbies is unique because it
supports parents as the primary source of spiritual nurturing. By working
directly with their child weekly handbook lessons, parents become active
participants in their child’s spiritual development.
Sparks - K-2nd
Grade
The Sparks club combine learning with fun to
create an atmosphere of irresistible excitement. This club for children in
kindergarten through 2nd grade
builds on the material taught in our preschool club. The aim of the curriculum
is to take them a step deeper into God’s Word while giving unsaved boys and
girls regular opportunities to hear the gospel and come to faith by Jesus
Christ.
Truth and Training:
3rd-5th grade
The name Truth and Training reflects the
passion of AWANA to teach 3rd - 5th grade boys and girls the truth of God’s Word
and to train them to follow Christ
in their daily lives. The goal is that many of today’s young people will become
tomorrow’s church leaders.
T & T is equipped with a variety of dynamic tools
to accomplish this mission: handbooks which teach them that life’s ultimate
adventure is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; a cast of characters to
follow on interesting journeys; weekly meetings exposing them to the gospel
message, Scripture memory, Bible study, awards, team oriented games, and
gut-busting fun; and Bible-centered curriculum.

Special Events
Throughout the year we do many special events
in the Children's
Ministry. Some of these events include
a weekend of Family Camp, Harvest
Festival, Christmas Program, Vacation Bible School and more!
