AWANA is our mid-week program that meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 p.m. (September - May). AWANA’s purpose is to bring children, ages 3 through 5th grade, to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. It is a fun age appropriate approach to learning God’s Word, through Bible memory, games, crafts, worship, and small groups. It also has an evangelistic focus to reach unchurched children and their families so invite your neighbors.

Puggles: 2 yr olds and young 3 yr olds
Puggles is the AWANA program for 2 year olds and young 3 year olds (age 2 by September 1). The teaching for the Puggles is built around four precepts:
· God made everything
· God saw that it was good
· God is love
· Give thanks
AWANA Puggles teaches toddlers simple lessons through teaching cards, activities, music and more. Each week features a theme around one of the four precepts and related core verses: Genesis 1:1, John 1:3, Isaiah 42:5, Genesis 1:10, I John 4:15 and Psalm 105:1. Puggles is a club where toddlers learn about God's love and His precious Word!
Parents can reinforce each lesson with take-home cards that include ideas to point out God's work each day. The take home cards are also a great way to learn about God together as a family.
Cubbies: Preschool
The Cubbies have FUN and lots of it! Games, puppets, crafts, awards, and other activities transform our preschooler program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand. Bible-centered handbooks and club activities help your children to build a solid understanding of the basics of Christianity at an early age. Cubbies are unique because the club supports parents as the primary source of spiritual nurturing. By working directly with their child’s weekly handbook lessons, parents become active participants in their child’s spiritual development!
Sparks: K-2nd Grade
The Sparks club combines learning with fun to create an atmosphere of irresistible excitement. This club for children in kindergarten through 2nd grade builds on the material taught in our preschool club. The aim of the curriculum is to take them a step deeper into God’s Word while giving unsaved boys and girls regular opportunities to hear the gospel and come to faith by Jesus Christ.
Truth and Training (T-n-T): 3rd-5th grade
The name Truth and Training reflects the passion of AWANA to teach 3rd - 5th grade boys and girls the truth of God’s Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives. The goal is that many of today’s young people will become tomorrow’s church leaders.
T-n-T is equipped with a variety of dynamic tools to accomplish this mission: handbooks which teach them that life’s ultimate adventure is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; a cast of characters to follow on interesting journeys; weekly meetings exposing them to the gospel message, Scripture memory, Bible study, awards, team oriented games, and gut-busting fun; and Bible-centered curriculum.
